We find a chat option present at the left side of Gmail (after login) for chat between our Google Friend Circle and Google Contacts. We can also enable/disable or Turn on/off these option as our Wish.Also Check: Some of the Working Keyboard shortcuts on gmail
Process to turn on or off the Chat from gmail
1. Login to your Gmail account using your Email ID and Password.2. Click on the setting Icon
on the upper right side of Gmail and Choose "setting".3. Navigate to "Chat" Tab in Setting.
4. On the "Chat" You will find two option
- Chat on
- Chat off
6. Click on "Save Setting".
Now you will able to turn on or off the Chat for Gmail. That is it.
