Change the default path location of Installing Program Application in Windows 7 and Xp

The process will show how to change the default path for installing Application from "c:\Program Files" to any other folder. The folder may be in c:\ drive or in other drive. This process can solve the problem of low disk space error in C:\ drive.

Process: 
1. Open Registry Editor.
2. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion
3. On the right side pane, Right click on "ProgramFilesDir" and choose "Modify".
4.  Now right the full address of new installation path in the "Value Data" field of the open "Edit String" Window.
5. Now Click on "OK".
Now reboot your system and  enjoy the new installation path for the new installed application.
