There are a lot type of camera software. But we can also use our Picassa Picture viewer as a camera software. For this our personal computer or laptop must have a Camera and driver for the camera should be installed . Without camera we can not use it as a camera software.
Steps:
1. Install the software.
2. Open the software (By clicking shortcut icon on the desktop or by start-> All Programs -.> Picassa -> Picassa.exe)
3. Now click on the camera icon that is showing below the menu bar.
4. It will search for your camera software and show you the camera screen.
5. there you will find the two button one is for taking photo and another is for recording video.
