How to block a site with password in internet explorer browser in windows XP, Vista and Seven (w7) without using any software

Steps:
1.Open “internet explorer
2.then select “tools” from menu bar.(If your menu bar is not present then simply press the "alt" button it will show you the menu bar below the address bar of your internet explorer.)

3.then select “internet option
4.then go to “privacy” tab
5.Then select “sites

Follow the instruction there and block a site on your internet explorer.
This process is not working for any other browser like google chrome, opera, mozila firefox , apple safari etc.
