The process will describe how to add or remove user account in Windows Xp, Vista and Seven. The adding of more account will help people to make their data safe when the PC has multiple user

2. Go to "User Accounts and Family safety" -> "User Accounts" -> "Manage Another Account"
3. the open Window will show the number of users available in the Window.
4. Now click on "Create a New Acount ".
5. It will ask for the "user name" of the new account and the the type of the user Account i.e. Standard user or Administrator.
6. Click on Create Account.
The new Account will be created.

7. Now choose delete Account.
8. Click on "ok"
