How to add a logo or your photo to a video file in windows | How to use or work on Virtual dub I How to add a transparent looking logo or photo or text in the video file

Many people like to add their official logo or their URL or a photo to video files. I will show you how to add a professional looking transparent logo to your video files using a free program called VirtualDub.

Download Link: http://www.virtualdub.org/

First download the virtualdub software. Then follow the process. The below process and the screenshot are described on Virtual dub 1.6.9,.You can download the similar version or any updated version. The process is same for all.

Process:-

1. Prepare your logo by opening your favorite image editor and making a new image file, try to use a suitable dimensions and suitable colour that will look good in the final video also make it as simple and as small as possible.

2. Save the image file as .bmp or .jpg or .png

3.Open VirtualDub, Drag and Drop your video on it.

4. Now Click on Video > Full processing mode. (enable)

5. Now Click Video > Filters or (Ctrl + F).

6. In the Filters window, click Add.

7. In the "Add Filter" window scroll down to logo and double click on it or choose it and click Ok.

8. In the "filter: logo" window click "Logo image" and browse to the logo image you have created.

9. Check the three check boxes: "Enable per-pixel alpha blending…", "Use premultiplied alpha…" and "Use gray channel…".

10. In the "Alpha image" browse to the same image file again.

11. Click the "Show preview" button, you should now see your logo on the video.

12. Change the "X offset" and "Y offset" to change the position of your logo.

13. You can also change the Opacity value if you like your logo to be semi transparent, you should see the results immediately in the "Filter preview" window.

14. Click Ok twice to return to the main window, press (Ctrl + P) or click Video > Compression to choose a video compression - like Divx .

15. Now press F7 to save the file.

Now you will find the final result of the video file having a logo inside it.

Some times we face problem regarding protected disc. That is we try to copy something to our USB device or memory card and it will show you a message that the disk is write protected. Actually it may happen due to various reason.

Reason maybe due to the affect of virus or may be the disc is protected or may be copy and move option is disable. If it occurs due to the virus then you must use a good antivirus or virus remover to get rid of that or you may also reload your operating system. How to use VLC Media player as a Camera Software

There are a lot type of camera software. But we can also use our VLC Media player as a camera software. For this our personal computer or laptop must have a Camera and driver for the camera should be installed . Without camera we can not use it as a camera software.
For doing so follow the steps:
1. Open VLC Media player (By clicking the shortcut on the desktop or by start-> All programs -> VideoLan -> Vlc Media player.)
2.   Now click on "Media" on the menu bar of vlc media player.
3. Then Select "Advanced Open file"
4. Now navigate to "Capture device" tab.
5. There you will find the Device selection option.
  The default value will play the audio or video.
6. Now change the default value of Video device name  to your Camera.
7. Now click on play button.
8. Now click on "View" button on the menu bar and select the "advanced control" option.
9. Now you will find the keys to take snapshot or record video below the screen of media player.

How to use picassa picture viewer as a camera device in windows

By this process you will add an extra option as "Command prompt here" on the context menu. By using this you can open your command prompt from a selected folder. No need to first open command prompt and navigate to that folder on the cmd screen. How to prove that a man who is studying will be failed (i.e. study=fail)

Study means fail - This is not actually possible.Because any one who is studying sincerely will surely pass and get succeed.

But here  I will prove it that a man who is studying will get fail. I will prove it mathematically.
Everybody knows no study = Fail and study = no fail

By combining these two

=>no study + study = fail + no fail
=> study(1+no) = fail (1=no)
=>  study = fail  (by deleting 1+no from both sides)

These are opposite to what we take previously. So our thought is wrong
=> study = fail.
            (proved)

Very Important Note:
           This is not the actual thing. This is just a thought that is proved mathematically. As this is a thought so it should be proved by taking various thought of philosophy not by mathematically.
So keep studying and show that the chemistry behind this is wrong.

How to change the default name of "New folder" to anything else or our name or any desired name in windows

When you click on the right-button of mouse to create a new folder. The Folder is automatically named "New Folder"We can change the default name from "New Folder" to anything else.
Process:
1. Open the Program "Resource hacker"

2. open the file Shell32.dll in "X:\Windows\System32\”, where X refers to yourSystem Drive.
       Navigate to: Strings\ 1896\ 1030
3. In the right pane you can find "New Folder" . Change it to "MIHIR" or "AKRAM", whatever   you like!
4.Choose "Compile Script" from the Menu. Save it as shell32.dll in the desktop or anywhere in your disk, but beware of saving it in "X:\Windows\System32\" 
5. Now you need an application named "Replacer" replace the old file with the new one.

Now using replacer replace the old Shell32.dll file with the new one,
After restarting your computer. Whenever you create a new folder its default name will be “MIHIR” Or anything else instead of “New Folder”

The process only works in windows XP. I don't know how to do so in other operating system. If anyone know then kindly share it to us.

How to Set Your Desired things as icon, text color and Background Image of a pen drive

A.Using “Desktop.ini” Hack to Set Wallpaper as Background Image and give a particular text color of the pen drive.The process is very similar to add a  background and text color in a Windows folder.

Now open Notepad and paste following code:

    For adding xxx.jpg wallpaper as pen drives backgrounds it should be present inside the pen drive.

"IconArea_Text" stands for the text color, you can change it to white, yellow, blue, black or any other color. You just need to know the hexa-decimal number of the color and then replace the code in "IconArea_Text" section. A few most used color codes are as follows:
 
Black - 0x00000000
 White - 0x00FFFFFF
Green - 0x0000FF00
Blue - 0x00FF0000
Purple - 0x00C000C0
Red - 0x000000FF
Yellow - 0x0000FFFF
Indigo - 0x00FFFF00

Now save the notepad file as “Desktop.ini” (excluding quotes) and save it inside the pen drive.
 Now close and reopen the pen drive .you can enjoy the change.

B. for adding a personal icon to pen drive , you have to hack a “autorun.inf” fileNow open Notepad and paste following code:

[autorun]
OPEN=an.exe file name
ICON=an .ico file name
LABEL=pendive name

“an.exe file name” is stands for a file which you want to execute when you pin the pen drive to your system.
You can change it. Suppose you want to execute “xxx.exe” when you pin the pendrive to your system.
Then the code will be like:

[auto run]
OPEN=xxx.exe
ICON=an .ico file name
LABEL=pendive name

“an.ico file name” is stands for the icon which you want to see when you pin the pen drive to your system
You can change it. Suppose you want to see “xxx.ico” when you pin the pen drive to your system.
Then the code will be like:

[autorun]
OPEN=xxx.exe
ICON=xxx.ico
LABEL=pendive name

“Pendive name” stands for the name of the pendrive. Suppose name of your pen drive is “MIHIRBABU”.
Then the code will be like:

[autorun]
OPEN=xxx.exe
ICON=xxx.ico
LABEL=MIHIRBABU

Now save this note pad file as “autorun.inf” (excluding quotes) inside the pen drive.
NOTE:
      For change of icon the icon file (here “xxx.ico”) should present inside the pen drive.
Now remove the pen drive and pin it and enjoy the change.

NOTE:
   If you have installed an antivirus which can delete or block autorun.inf file. Then autorun.inf file will be blocked and you are unable to see the change.

How to set or add wallpaper or photo as a folder background in windows without using any 3rd party software

Using Desktop.ini .Hack to Set Wallpaper as Folder Background Image.

1. Open Command Prompt and set folder attribute to "system".
 Suppose there is a folder "Setup" in "D:\" drive, in which you want to set wallpaper as background image. So give following command in Command Prompt:
attrib +s D:\Setup
It'll change the attribute to "system".

2. Now open Notepad and paste following code:

"IconArea_Text" stands for the text color, you can change it to white, yellow, blue, black or any other color. You just need to know the hexa-decimal number of the color and then replace the code in "IconArea_Text" section. A few most used color codes are as follows:

Black - 0x00000000
White - 0x00FFFFFF
Green - 0x0000FF00
Blue - 0x00FF0000
Purple - 0x00C000C0
Red - 0x000000FF
Yellow - 0x0000FFFF
Indigo - 0x00FFFF00

3. Now save the file with name "Desktop.ini" (excluding quotes) and copy the file in the desired folder which is "Setup" in our example.

4. That’s it. Close the folder and re-open it. Now it should show the wallpaper as background.

How to get Missed call alert free in BSNL or Cellone Mobile in India Orissa

There are number of mobile service provider. All are providing various service to help the consumers. One of those service is "Missed Call alert". By activating this service we will be able to know about the people those are called us whenever our phone is in switch off condition or not in network coverage.
For activating this service all the provider (Bsnl, Cellone, Airtel,Aircel, Tata Docomo, Vergin Mobile, Uninor, S tel etc..) charged a monthly or weekly basic charge.

Here is the process on how to activate that mobile service free in BSNL or Cellone Mobile.

For this just divert the Unreachable call of your mobile  to "17010" or "+9117010" (without quotes).
Then switch off your mobile phone and turned on.
Now whenever your phone is not in Network coverage or in switch off condition and some people are contact you. Then you will be get notified after you switch on the mobile.

I have tested this in my Orissa state bsnl number. I don't know whether it is working or not in other states in India. Try it your self  and tell your result to others below.
